3 Easy Boob Lift Exercises



Everyone knows exercise plays an important role in our general health, but whether it's a lack of motivation, the need to travel to the gym, the cost of equipment, or simply know how, these supposed obstacles often stand in our way. all you need is yourself. Here’s some easy exercises for your boobs (chest) and how you can get a full-body workout with nothing but your body.

#1 Diamond Push-Up!

You don't need any equipment for this; just a wall and some arms. Simply position your palms in a diamond shape on the wall, scoot your feet back, and begin your push-up. You can experiment with different angles to see what works out the parts of your chest that feel the weakest. Do these every day for 4 weeks and you will be surprised at the amount of toning you can achieve with this little exercise.

#2 One-Armed Buster

This very simple move is free and easy! All you need a wall and a pink tank-top. You all have pink tank-tops right? No, no...green will not do. PINK.
Oh, we're being told that it actually does not matter what you wear, as long as you have a wall and some determination to do this regularly. It's great for armpit fat too!

#3 Tricep Dips

All you need is a sturdy chair, or a stair, or a couch arm to do this uplifting move. Try it out everywhere! Your desk makes a great place also.
